Bookings & Pricing
How is the fare calculated?
Fares are based on distance, vessel type, time of day, and real-time availability. You'll always see the full price before you book. No surprises.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes. You can update or cancel your ride from the app. Fees may apply depending on how close you are to your scheduled departure time. Check our Terms of Service and Cancellation Policies for further details.
Is there a minimum or maximum booking time?
Minimums may apply depending on the vessel type, and some vessels allow extended bookings for longer trips. Check the details shown during checkout. You can also extend your booking mid-trip, subject to operator approval.
